2027 4 PAWS CALENDAR
4 Paws Spay & Neuter Clinic is excited to announce that we are now accepting photo uploads of your pet for our 2027 Pet Calendar! Each photo submission is a $15 donation, which will directly support the clinic in our mission to provide affordable, high-quality pet care services to our community.
Follow these steps to upload your pet's photo...
1.) SUBMIT YOUR PET'S PHOTO
Make Your $15 Pet-Photo Donation via ZEFFY
Having trouble online? You can email us your pet photo. Include your ZEFFY order confirmation number in the email, along with your Name and Pet’s name, send to: donations@4pawsclinic.org
NOTE: Please attach a file no larger than 3MB
2.) FILL OUT THIS FORM TO UPLOAD YOUR PET PHOTO
Please use the same name and email address as you did in your ZEFFY donation ($15).
The deadline for submissions is September 30, 2026.
You will be notified via email when your calendar is ready for pick up!
